Introduction

The Zelos Helmsman 2 Bronze Meteorite is the newest version of Zelos’ first watch: the Helmsman, but has a number of significant upgrades over the old version. This watch has a classic look with very contemporary design elements and a high level of details. The internal bezel is operated with the beautiful crown at 2 o’clock while the movement is operated with the 4 o’clock crown. Speaking of the movement, under the hood you will find an automatic Seiko SII NH35 movement. This is a reliable Made in Japan movement, that hacks and can be wound be hand.

The case is made from CuSn8 bronze. Bronze has the great attribute that it builds up a layer of patina. This is an ongoing process which makes every watch unique. Discolouration is normal with this material. One major benefit is that you can largely bring back your watch in the original condition by using a Cape Cod cloth.The dial is pure meteorite, which means every dial is unique and has awesome stripes and patterns. This material plays every nicely with light and it’s bound to attract compliments!
