Introduction

The Zelos Chroma 2 Limited Edition Damascus Steel is a special Limited Edition of the Chroma 2, limited to just 25 pieces worldwide. As you may suspect by the name, the case is made from Dasmascus Steel. Originally Zelos was planning 50 pieces of this model, but Damascus Steel has proven to be extremely difficult to work with. Damascus Steel has a distinctive look, which is achieved by fusing 2 metals together. Every case is made from a solid piece of Damasteel, then hand polished and treated with hydrochloric acid, to accentuate the patterns. It’s a very special look, where the patterns show around the watch. Every Damascus Steel watch is unique and no pattern is the same. This watch is extremely rare and special.
The watch has a round design without lugs, which makes it suitable for most wrists. A 42mm watch without lugs is comparable to a 40mm watch with lugs. The case side has several round rings, which adds a lot of depth to the design. The strap is also integrated into the case, however any other 22mm leather strap should fit.
On the back of the watch you can see the automatic Miyota 821A movement with a custom rotor through the caseback window. The spectacular dial is protected by scratch resistant sapphire glass.
