Matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels, sits at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
Nose – The cereal notes are creamy and fresh, brought to life by orchard fruits and stone fruits. Soft peach notes are definitely the highlight here.
Palate – Stewed apples with soft blonde toffee, toasted hazelnuts, spicy oak and oaky vanilla.
Finish – Home baking spices and soft stone fruits, a long and delicious finish.
