Second in a limited series comes the Para 50 II a luxuriously smoky single malt handcrafted at the Coal Valley Distillery. Finished in rare Vintage Seppeltsfield Para Tawny Casks holding 50 years of history, its incomparable in decadence and complexity.

Copper Medallion Handcrafted from a decommissioned copper pot still, the Lark medallion embodies the Rare Cask Series by repurposing remnants of our past in newly artisanal ways.

Nose – Warming notes of sweet caramel and soft vanilla dance with dark fruits and earthy campfire smoke.

Palate – Smoky, sticky caramel and candied orange peel poured over vanilla ice cream, all atop a deeply unctuous Black Forest Cake, rippled with cherry and cream.

Finish – Long, rich and wonderfully complex, this is one to sip and ponder.
