Introduction

Kujira Ryukyu Whisky 15 Year Old is a unique whisky distilled from 100% premium rice. Matured in Sherry, Bourbon and American White Oak casks for more than 15 years. It is non chill-filtered and non-colored, making it a pure and authentic expression of its ingredients.

Nose – Dried plums, candied fruits, with mints and chocolate aromas.

Palate – Sweet elements such as chocolate, vanilla, and honey giving a pleasant taste, followed with spices, slight smoky flavors and toasty breads.

Finish – Remarkably smooth, slightly sweet licorice and peppery texture develops into a clean and long finish.
