Tasting notes – Aromas of rich, fruity, caramelised sweetness, followed by finely balanced notes of orange zest, dark chocolate and aromatic smoke from the Orkney heathered peat on the palate. The finish is lingering, sweet and spicy with slightly nutty notes.
