Introduction

This special one-off 2012 vintage release, matured fully in Oloroso sherry casks that have been hand-picked from a single Sherry bodega in Spain.

Those years spent in Oloroso have imparted those classic flavours into the whisky that will have Scotch lovers salivating.

The nose is like walking into an old English sweet shop. We love the trademark Glenfarclastoffee appleset alongsidesundried raisins,buttered croissant, andhoneyed French oak spices. Add to that a palate ofjuicy blackcurrants,fruity Sherry,hazelnut fudgeandalmondsas well as a hint ofdark chocolateas it lingers on the tongue.
