Introduction

Fuji Single Grain Whiskey is a blend of three different grain whiskeys produced at Mt. Fuji Distillery. Those different grain whiskies are distilled in three different methods and possess their own unique flavor profiles.

This Fuji Single Grain whiskey features the quintessential characteristics of each of the three types of grain whiskeys: delicately fruity, mellow and with a multi-layered profile.

Nose – Poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac and marron glac.Water brings out red berries.

Palate -Smooth mouthfeel with multi-layered flavors of poached pear, orange marmalade, raspberry jam, spiciness of rye, and bitter chocolate. Water brings out red berries and a delicate spiciness reminiscent of rye bread and cinnamon.

Finish -Mellow with gentle sweetness and pleasant spiciness, smooth and moderately long aftertaste with a hint of exotic incense.
