Introduction

DARK LARK is a feast for the senses, an indulgent elixir that burns brightly in the shadows. Discover the golden saffron burst and experience the energy that comes from the Earth, where subtle oak, deep mocha and caramel abound.

NOSE
Bright and fresh tropical fruits laced with freshly baked cookies and subtle oak

PALATE
Viscous and syrupy sultana arrival followed by deep mocha and caramel

FINISH
Clean and moreish, with a tropical crescendo and lingering malt

The idea for this whisky came about when trying to figure out what style of whisky suits a party/festival environment. The result is a light and vibrant single malt, thats traditionally Lark in style yet unique. Its a fortified Muscat finish, that does not have a heavy mouth feel, due to the filtration process we use during decantation.The result isa complex and approachable dram, something that can be enjoyed with ease and good company.
