Introduction

Gordon & Macphail’s Connoisseurs Choice is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength exceptional one-offs.

Matured in refill bourbon cask for 10 years, with final 3 years in Hermitage cask. Bottled in 2021. Only 3934 bottles released.

Nose – Fruitcake and cherry aromas combine with sweet smoke.

Palate – Cured meat flavours are balanced by summer berries and almonds.

Finish – A medium-bodied finish with lingering bonfire embers.
