Introduction

Bakery Hill Distillery is a family owned and operated Australian distillery that has been producing world renowned single malt whiskies for over 20 years.

This Single Malt is matured for 18 months in Seppeltsfield Barossa Valley Apera casks, then 3 years in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels.

Nose – Salted caramel, candied orange, ginger, vanilla, leather.

Palate – Golden syrup, strawberries and cream, grapes, green apples, creamy vanilla, lavender, sweet Apricot.

Finish – Layers of complex sweet and savoury notes. Vibrant sweet and perfumed melodies of flavour swirl with a highly viscous buttery mouthfeel. Extended finish with a gentle ebb to slowly fade from memory.
