Introduction

Bakery Hill Distillery is a family owned and operated Australian distillery that has been producing world renowned single malt whiskies for over 20 years.

This Single Malt is crafted from 5 year old Bakery Hill whisky first aged in ex-beer barrels then an additional 2 years in ex-stout barrel.

Nose – Honey, leather, coastal peat, dried stone fruit, ripe banana, chardonnay, rose water.

Palate – Caramel, roasted malt, dark chocolate, dried mango, musk, light sea salt, cracked pepper, honeycomb.

Finish – Long lasting, milk chocolate, pear, nougat, butter salted caramel
