Introduction

Fancy Molasses Rum 2019 – is made from sustainably sourced NSW high-test molasses and is one of three early explorations of the impact of raw material on rum character.

As an ingredient, fancy molasses is condensed from the pure juice of the sugar cane, and is the lightest and sweetest of the different types of molasses, thereby earning its place as the name of this new limited edition rum.

Mindfully distilled and matured in apera (sherry) casks, this release offers a complex finesse with flavours of gingerbread, sultana, apricot jam and creme anglaise best savoured through sips and undiluted by mixing.
