Introduction

Amber Lane is an Australian distillery based in the Yarramalong Valley, north of Sydney.

This Single Malt has an abundance of rich spices and reflects ideas from one continent being applied in another – in this case French cognac maturation techniques applied in the New World of Australia.

Nose – Glorious and heady, with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, pastries, mahogany and orange blossoms.

Palate – Beautifully balanced, with an interplay of spices and sugar, Raisons, mandarin, dried apricot, cinnamon, cardamom, white pepper, Big Red chewing gum, beeswax.

Finish – Long and moreish, with spice and honey.
