Bicuixe agaves from Miahuatlan,Oaxaca is known to exude strikingly herbaland vegetal flavours and aromas. It is a subvariety from the “Karwinskii” agave family.
Nose – Intense dill, fennel, pine needle, grapefruit rind and menthol.
Palate – Anis, spring flowers, salty caramel, cinnamon, stone fruit and limestone.
Finish – Medium dry finish.
