Introduction

Penderyn Single Malt has a light fruitiness, generous flavour and a subtle complexity. Their unique stills produce a spirit of extraordinary strength and purity. This is married to their own natural spring water and double-matured in the finest ex-bourbon barrels first, then in hand selected ex-Ruby port casks.

Nose – Aromas of rich dried fruits with dark chocolate and cranberries; a hint of toasty oak mingles with a baked nutty dryness.

Palate – A creamy richness with some honey and spiced notes emerging.

Finish – Smooth with a soft oak and honey sweetness lingering gently on the tongue.
