Introduction

The One Whisky Collection is a showcase of The Lakes Distillery Master Blenders’ maturation expertise. Each singular release has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flavour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky’s flavour-elevation.

This release is a singular blend of The Lakes Single Malt and select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay is then finished in the finest Manzanilla casks.

Nose – Plum jam, boiled sweets, aromatic woodsmoke and a touch of salinity.

Palate – Lightly stewed apples, candied ginger with a hint of lemon zest.

Finish – Uplifting, fresh and balanced finish.
