Introduction

Matured for 17 years in Fino and 5 additional years in Chenin, Alba is a very subtle, pure and delicate spirit that shows that whiskies’ flavors can be long and complex without peat expression.

Alba boasts a golden light color and offers aromas of white wine, honey and subtle oak nuances. It is round, mellow and deep in the mouth with beautiful energy. Chenin grape flavors on the finish with a touch of vanilla and white flower. A complex and long aftertaste. The label has a drop shape, just like the Sot de l’Ange label. Cask strength, no water, no filtration, 420 bottles produced.
