The Uberach Whisky d’Alsace are aged in barrels carefully selected by Jean Metzger, in the most famous cellars of Banuyls. The chosen barrels hosted sweet wines for several years, before joining Uberach.
Nose – Gingerbread, confit bitter orange, crme brule, hazelnut followed by cardamom, cloves and blond tobacco.
Palate – Unctuous, Burnt Caramel, Kola nut and cooked peach.
Finish – Flotsam, Caramel, Iodine.
