Introduction

Morish and indulgent, Port Cask Strength has been bottled straight from the barrel at full strength, achieving rich and delicious Port characteristics. This is whisky as it sits in the cask and is bottled as single cask expressions.

This Port Cask Strength is made to savour. This dark to ruby red single malt has been first aged in ex-bourbon American oak before being further matured in an Australian Port cask, for a complex, rich and decadent result.

Nose – Fruit cake, caramelised port wine raisins, maple, chopped apricot, dulce de leche

Palate – Warm stewed plum, sticky caramel, dark chocolate truffle, hints of sea salt, orange peel

Finish – Well rounded, smooth, warm star anise
