Nose – Cocoa, dark chocolate, charred oak and burnt toffee, rum soaked raisins, cinnamon, almonds, sweet spice and Christmas cake

Palate – Sweet spice, cinnamon, stewed dark fruits, burnt toffee, maple syrup, caramel and shaved almonds and fruit cake.

Finish – Long, lightly charred almonds, subtle cocoa and stewed dried fruits
