Introduction

Following the award-winning Christmas Cask III, Lark brings another blockbuster festive dram.

Celebrated as the Nations favourite whisky, the unique Single Malt was awarded ‘Whisky of the Year’ in the 2021 Australian Whisky Awards.

A special collaboration of Tasmanian artisans; Patisserie Jean Pascal’s fruit mince pies, Frogmore Creek Wineries red wine barrels, brought together under the careful hand of Head Distiller, Chris Thomson.

The Christmas Cask (2022), takes all the best bit of the precious Christmas releases, with the added layer of fortified tokay notes, bringing complexity and depth, yet still an approachable drop that sits on the dinner table for all to enjoy.

Nose – Vanilla custard swirls through brown sugar baked apples, laden with traditional Christmas spices of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Palate – Lashings of butter toffee sauce poured over comforting plum pudding, as freshly baked gingerbread twinkles on the palate.

Finish – Long, rich and heartwarming.
