Lark Chinotto Cask II Release Single Malt Whisky 500ml (ABV 49%)

Introduction

Highland peat married with bitter sweet citrus cola; it’s a classic flavour with all the romance of southern Italy. Bitter toffee and smoked orange roll off the tongue with every sip, this 2022 Chinotto Release is a vivacious single malt living up to its namesake in every way.

Lark Whisky casks were liberally seasoned with their own handcrafted Coal Valley Chinotto, meticulously distilled and aged with the same love and patience as the original 2021 Release which was awarded a 95 at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

This experimental single malt is best enjoyed neat or over ice – with a flavour profile this sublime, no other ingredients are necessary.

Nose- Orange citrus leads, while peat smoke lift the aroma and intertwine with hints of toasted coconut and floral lemon.

Palate – Slight bitter toffee and smoked citrus arrive with vivacious ginger confectionery and milk chocolate.

Finish – A long sweet smoke, interlaced with a light oak and jaffa cake influence.
