Introduction

SHINOBU SINGLE MALT Whisky is a small Batch limited edition. Matured in bourbon barrels and Mizunara casks for a minimum of three years before being blended and harmonized.

Nose – A delightful blend of vanilla and oily notes, complemented by rich chocolate, cacao, and a hint of exotic passion fruit, all rounded off with the elegant aroma of Mizunara oak.

Palate – A smooth and mellow sweetness greets the palate, intertwined with subtle spices, vanilla, and citrus, followed by a gentle smokiness from the oak.

Finish – The whisky leaves a medium, sweet, and woody impression, with a slight bitterness that adds depth and complexity to the overall experience.
