A small batch marriage from the Hellyers Road Distillerys highly regarded 12 year old American Oak casks and the premium aged 5 year old Port casks – offering honeycomb, sea salted bread and orange zest with a herbal weave. For fans of the Hellyers Road Original 12 year old of the past this is the perfect replacement. Mashed, fermented, and bottled on site.

Nose – Green leaf, tea, marmalade, salted bread and honeycomb.

Palate – Pretzel and raisin toast transcending to orange blossom oils.

Finish – Medium length with a delicate herbal weave. Elegant.
