Introduction

Bakery Hill Distillery is a family owned and operated Australian distillery that has been producing world renowned single malt whiskies for over 20 years.

This Single Malt is smoky, vibrant and exquisitely rich. Matured for up to 5 years in American Oak followed by 6 months in 50L French Oak barrels.

Nose – A rich, vibrant peat aroma, with a natural earthiness with overtones of spring florals and fresh citrus and berries. Sweet but not sickly.

Palate – The palate reveals a tobacco leaf earthiness with layer upon layer of complex smoky peat that lingers on the lips and palette demanding just one more sip. Orange marmalade, dark berry jam and a rich nougat sweetness, rounded with balance oak influences.

Finish – Astonishingly long and complex, an exotic mix of experiences.
