Introduction

Amber Lane is an Australian distillery based in the Yarramalong Valley, north of Sydney.

This Single Malt is a rich and delicious dram that has amazed many with its complexity and balance. Showcasing a delicate balance between malted whisky aged variously in Australian Apera, PX Sherry and Bourbon casks.

Nose – Sweet barley-driven with vanilla and honeycomb.

Palate – Apple pie with brandy custard; raspberry ripple vanilla ice cream sprinkled with shards of honeycomb and delicate wisps of fairy floss; creme brulee with ginger and lychee sorbet; apricot and raisin chocolate mousse with a caramel sauce.

Finish – Long and satisfying with lasting toffee sweetness.
